ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:

  All of our furniture items are SUPERIOR QUALITY and are handcrafted and hand carved and manufactured from only the finest cured pine, mahogany and teak wood.  All of our pine, mahogany & teak wood is tested using electronic moisture checkers for proper dryness level BEFORE  being manufactured into furniture.   Veneers and/or particle boards are NOT utilized in the manufacturing of our furniture.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S.  There will be an extra charge for shipping outside the continental U.S.

All of our mahogany and teak furniture items are individually padded, boxed and then crated with special "lock-down techniques" to ensure that you receive your merchandise without damage.  No other furniture company utilizes this special packaging technique to prevent damage.  All of our pine furniture items are individually padded and boxed before shipping to prevent damage.  In addition thereto, C&B Sales, Inc. has each individual furniture item inspected by an independent Inspection Service immediately prior to each shipment as part of our Quality Control Program, thereby ensuring that each individual piece is shipped in "HIGH QUALITY EXCELLENT CONDITION".

Estimated delivery times:    Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for furniture delivery.    Some antique furniture items (if not in stock when ordered) may take at least 8-12 weeks to deliver (as they are manufactured overseas and then imported into the U.S.).    Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees.   Some Special Order Furniture items may take even longer for delivery.   All other items (besides furniture) are delivered by UPS or FEDEX.   Furniture items delivered Curbside ONLY via Motor Freight  (the freight company will schedule an appointment with you prior to delivery for your convenience).  Please note that some furniture items are large and will require  you to have extra help on hand at the time of delivery to assist the driver.  Please note that you are responsible for receiving the shipment and uncrating and unpacking the shipment.  If the carrier cannot make contact with you, the shipping liability is yours, since the shipping organization has performed their service (of getting the goods to you).  Please take further note that curbside delivery does not include extra amenities such as liftgate or inside delivery.

Please take note that all furniture items we ship are covered by freight carrier insurance at no additional charge to the customer.    

 

RUSH DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON MANY ITEMS .    CALL FOR DETAILS.

It is very rare for damage to occur during transit but, if your furniture order is damaged when you receive it, do not refuse it, but note the damage on the delivery receipt immediately before the delivery truck leaves and the insurance will cover it.   Again, it is very important that you note the damage on the delivery receipt yourself because if the damage is not noted, it is very hard to get the insurance carrier to cover the damage.    After you have noted the damage and retain a copy for your records,  notify us that the merchandise was damaged so that we can process your insurance claim for you as a courtesy.  Also,  be sure to save any and all packaging materials for insurance inspection.

C&B Sales has made every effort to display as accurately as possibly the colors of our products that appear on the Site.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, C&B Sales, Inc. can not control and we do not  not guarantee that your monitor's display of any product's color will be accurate.
