C&B Sales has made every effort to display as accurately as possibly the colors of our products that appear on the Site.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, C&B Sales, Inc. can not control and we do not  not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

C&B Sales, Inc. is a wholesale company.  Sales Tax will be charged on all State of Georgia Residents.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

We accept American Express, Discover and Mastercard.

We also accept payment by cashiers check, money order or personal check.  However, please note that orders paid by personal check will not be processed until same has been cleared.

In certain instances, C&B Sales, Inc. may allow lay a way plans on certain items.  If a lay a way is allowed, then the terms shall be as follows:  Should the buyer be late on any payment, then Buyer forfeits all monies which he or she has paid to C&B Sales, Inc. on said lay away and C&B Sales, Inc. shall retain all monies paid by said buyer as processing fees for said lay a way.  Should Buyer change their mind and cancel said lay a way, then buyer shall forfeit and lose any and all monies which have been paid to C&B Sales, Inc. on said lay a way plan.  In short, there will be no refunds, either partial or full for any lay a ways or other payment plans whatsoever.  There will be no exceptions.

Shipping policies, information and/or Delivery:

Please note that delivery times are provided under the customer service page of our website.  Please further note that the delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.  Some items are special order items and may take much longer for delivery than other items.  Delivery for furniture items is Curbside via motor freight.  The freight company will schedule an appointment for delivery.  Please note that all furniture shipments are FOB Georgia. 

Furniture items are delivered via Motor Freight Curbside by large truck so the place of delivery will need to be accessible for large truck delivery (the freight company will schedule an appointment with you prior to delivery for your convenience).  Please note that you are responsible for receiving the shipment, uncrating the shipment and unpacking the shipment.  If the carrier cannot make contact with you for delivery, the shipping liability is yours, since the shipping organization has performed their service (of getting the goods to you).  Please note that delivery fees are for curbside delivery only and do not include any additional delivery amenities which you might request with the freight company such as inside delivery, liftgate fee, etc.  Furthermore, it is customer's responsibility to uncrate and unpack the furniture. In addition thereto, customer is responsible for any storage fees charged by the freight company which might be incurred as a result of buyer's failure to make arrangements to receive shipment in a timely manner.

Please take note that all furniture items we ship are covered by freight carrier insurance at no additional charge to the customer.    

It is very rare for damage to occur during transit but, if your furniture order is damaged when you receive it, do not refuse it, but be sure to note the damage on the delivery receipt immediately before the delivery truck leaves and the insurance will cover it.   Afterwards, notify us that the merchandise was damaged so that we can process your insurance claim for you as a courtesy.  Also,  be sure to save any and all packaging materials for insurance inspection or until your claim has been settled.  Also, be sure to save the damaged merchandise until you claim is settled because the insurance company may wish to salvage the damaged merchandise.

C&B Sales, Inc.  wishes to ensure that you are satisfied with your furniture purchase.  Therefore, you may return any "furniture item" purchased from C&B Sales subject to the following terms and conditions:   You must first obtain an RMA NUMBER (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) prior to returning said furniture item.  Said return must be received by C&B Sales no later than 30 days from date of receipt of merchandise by customer.  Also, said item must be returned in original condition and original  packaging and crated properly to prevent damage.  The item must also be shipped via motor freight (large truck) PREPAID CLASS 125 so as to prevent damage.  Item must be received by C&B Sales in good condition.  Damaged returns will not be accepted.  C&B Sales reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is damaged by freight or not returned in original packaging and/or crated properly so as to prevent damage.  C&B Sales reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet all of the requirements contained herein.  Failure to comply with ALL of the within and foregoing requirements will result in C&B Sales refusal to accept said return and no credit will be forthcoming.  Furthermore, C&B Sales is not responsible for freight charges or shipping charges for any returned item.  In addition thereto, C&B Sales reserves the right to charge a minimum 40% restocking, processing and cancellation fee on any and all returned items.    If returned item meets all of these requirements, then customer will receive a refund or credit for the original purchase price less a minimum 40% restocking and cancellation fee.  Purchase price does NOT include freight charges.  ALL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.  NO EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON FURNITURE ITEMS.  THIS RETURN POLICY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS,  REFUNDS,  OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED  AFTER 30 DAYS FROM  CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.

MERCHANDISE THAT IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT IS NOT RETURNABLE. THAT IS WHAT THE FREIGHT INSURANCE IS FOR WHICH IS PROVIDED ON ALL FURNITURE SHIPMENTS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.  C&B SALES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT DAMAGE.  DUE TO OUR UNIQUE PACKAGING QUALITY AND TECHNIQUE, WE HAVE LESS THAN A 2% DAMAGE RATIO.  IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT,  WE WILL BE HAPPY TO FILE YOUR INSURANCE CLAIM FOR YOU FREE OF CHARGE AS A COURTESY,  AS INDICATED UNDER OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PAGE.  CUSTOMER AGREES TO FULLY COMPLY WITH ANY AND ALL REQUESTS  FOR DOCUMENTATION AND/OR /EVIDENCE  WHICH C&B SALES OR THE INSURANCE CARRIER MAY NEED  TO  PROCESS ANY INSURANCE CLAIM.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON SPECIAL ORDER FURNITURE ITEMS AND/OR FURNITURE ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR AT SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICES.  ALL SALES FINAL ON ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR AT SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICES OR PRICE REDUCTION SALES.

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell.  C&B Sales, Inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.  Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and C&B Sales, Inc. with respect to this Website and the contents/merchandise thereof.
